Mission
of Stark & Cronk
The mission of Stark & Cronk is to provide superior workmanship on all installations,
while supporting customer satisfaction with professional service and a positive
attitude.
Customer
Responsbility
- Customer agrees to protect and remove any
personal property, which may be in harms way.
- Customer understands
that any scheduled service call is subject to our base charge,
unless it is canceled at least two hours prior to the technicians
dispatch.
- Customer understands
that invoice amounts are due the day of service.

Warranty
Stark & Cronk warrantees repair labor for a period of 30 days,
unless voided by customer due to technician evaluation of existing
circumstances. Stark & Cronk warrantees labor involved in new
product installations for a period of one year. All product warrantees
are provided by the manufacturer and not from Stark & Cronk.
Warranty applies only under normal working conditions. Stark & Cronk
will execute product warrantees to the best of our ability on behalf
of the customer. Stark & Cronk is not responsible for any products
not supplied by Stark & Cronk. All warranties are void if payment
is not made when due. Stark & Cronk will remedy the defect
with reasonable promptness during normal working hours. Stark & Cronk
will not be responsible for any property damage due to product
failure. Stark & Cronk is also not responsible for improper
existing conditions. |
